Magdalena Perkowska – Assistant Professor at The faculty of Law University of Bialystok She received scholarship at the Faculty of Law, University of Bern, Switzerland in 2009. She received PhD degree in law in 2011 preparing PhD thesis on “Criminological aspects of border criminality of foreigners on Polish eastern border”. The reaserch was conducted in the frame of scientific project financed by The National Centre for Research and Development. Her areas of interest concern: Criminality of foreigners, illegal migration, border criminality, Money laundering, organized crime, terrorism, Swiss criminal law. She is the author of numerous publication and took part in more than thirty conferences. Currently she works on research on criminality of foreigners in Switzerland.
