Magdalena Musia\u0142-Karg<\/b>, (UAM), who presented the paper: <i>When the demos shape the politics of the canton. Some remarks on popular assembly in Switzerland<\/i>. Then <b>Minister Martin Michelet<\/b>, Embassy of Switzerland, was spoken about: <i>Direct Democracy in Switzerland: Are the people always right?<\/i><\/p>\n<p>During the session in Polish, <b>dr Krzysztof Ko\u017abia\u0142<\/b> (UJ), presented the paper: <i>Impact of the Swiss state system solutions on the political system in Liechtenstien<\/i>. Another speaker was<strong> dr<\/strong> <b>MaciejAleksandrowicz<\/b> (UwB), with the presentation entitled: <i>Constitutional rights of the freedom of information and the position of mass media in Switzerland<\/i>. Afterwards <b>dr DariuszKomorowski<\/b> (Uwr), was spoken about: <i>Swiss \u201eSonderfall\u201d \u2013 deliberation on the Swiss national anthem<\/i>. This part of seminar was moderated by <b>dr hab.
